Die Graduierungsstufen gehen von G1 bis G4 (niedrigste Stufe) unter den Teaching Professionals sieht man vom MASTER Professional ab. Hier ein Auszug von der Webseite der PGA of Germany zum Thema:
Das Graduierungssystem, an dem die Mitglieder der PGA of Germany seit der Saison 2000 auf freiwilliger Basis teilnehmen können, zeigt nach außen hin, wie regelmäßig ein Golflehrer an Seminaren und Kursen teilnimmt und sich damit auf dem Stand aktuellen Know-hows modernen Golfunterrichts hält. Es ist ein effektiver Gradmesser des Wissensstands eines einzelnen PGA Professionals und dessen Engagements in Sachen beruflicher Fortbildung. Gehört jedes Mitglied der PGA of Germany nach erfolgreicher Abschluss-Prüfung zum PGA Golfprofessional automatisch der Graduierungsstufe G4 an, so kann es sich durch die Teilnahme an Seminaren über die Stufen G3 und G2 bis zum G1-Professional der PGA of Germany und schließlich sogar bis zum Master-Professional der PGA of Germany weiterentwickeln.
TPi Golf Fitness Instructor - Level 1+2
Das Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) beschäftigt sich seit 1998 mit den physischen Voraussetzungen für Golfer und probiert diese nicht nur zu analysieren sondern auch direkt zu verbessern. Studien mit Profigolfern haben gezeigt worauf es im Golfsport ankommt.

Robert Baker has been named one of America’s Top 100 Teachers by Golf Magazine and has taught some of the biggest names in golf.
He has been coach or consultant to five number-one-ranked golfers: Ernie Els, Greg Norman, Seve Ballesteros, Nick Price, and Nick Faldo. In addition, he has taught Hollywood celebrities Sylvester Stallone, Samuel L. Jackson, and Michael Douglas, and sports stars Michael Jordan, Barry Bonds, Ian Botham, and Kapil Dev. Robert is also a regular instructor at the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational and the Gary Player Invitational where he works with celebrity and professional participants using the Logical Golf method to improve and refine their skills before and during the tournaments.

2x Seminare mit Tim Cusick (2011/2012)
Tim Cusick serves as Director of Golf Instruction at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Club and the acclaimed Four Seasons Golf School. Cusick joined the Four Seasons in April 2005.
He formerly managed the golf instructional staff for Hank Haney Golf Inc. He was in charge of hiring and training of the golf staff at seven different facilities in Texas including the complex known as the Hank Haney Golf Ranch in McKinney. He worked closely with the renowned golf teacher for 23 years. He also has previous experience at well-known golf facilities including PGA West Resort Courses, Alta Mesa Country Club, Elk River Golf Club and Pinehurst Hotel and Country Club. Cusick also served as Assistant Men's Golf Coach at Southern Methodist University from 1993-97. Under his stewardship, more than 100 junior golfers have secured college golf scholarships. He has coached players that have won on all the major Professional Golf Tours around the world including Bruce Crampton, Michael Allen, Brad Elder, Kelli Kuehne, Hank Kuehne, Kris Tschetter, Hollis Stacy, and Sandra Palmer as well as world class amateur Trip Kuehne.
